Prepared for the future
The television industry offers employment opportunities in a wide range of professions, and UCA is preparing students for careers as producers, directors, writers, technicians, and managers.
UCA Television Facilities
UCA's television facilities include two production and broadcast studios, six digital edit bays, one audio recording studio and sound booth, a newsroom, two maters control facilities, and a three-camera mobile production van.
AETN
Students also benefit from the presence on campus of the Arkansas Educational Television Network (AETN), the state's public television affiliate.
Channel 6
Students receive practical experience by using television facilities to produce programs for Channel 6, the UCA television station that is seen throughout Central Arkansas.
